PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing method which manages a destination by using as keys, the use frequencies of both reception and transmission in time units of days, weeks, and months in addition to conventional destination management based upon use frequency order and to provide a destination managing method which extracts a keyword from the subject of mail and uses it as a key for the mail address management of a transmission destination which can not be completed only by use frequencies in time units (previous arrangement, etc., which can not be managed only by the time units since it is constant, but not irregular in time). SOLUTION: In addition to the destination management in use frequency order, destinations are managed by using as keys, the use frequencies of both transmission and reception in the time units of days, weeks, and months. Further, the keyword is extracted from the subject of the mail and used as the key to manage the destination for the mail address management of the transmission destination (used once or twice in a year, but used every year without fail) which can not be completed only by the use frequencies in the time units.
