PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling body/conductor channel device in which work is enabled with malfunction as little as possible by improving a cooling body/ conductor channel device for an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A cooling body 2 for conducting heat to a peripheral part and a base plate 6 are installed. The base plate is provided with electrically insulated base plate material and a first conductor channel unit 7 buried in the base plate material. The base plate 6 is coupled plate-wise with the cooling body 2.
