PURPOSE: Provided is a polyester resin composition having excellent processability, scratch property, and hardness and high gloss, which is used as a finish paint and a primer for a pre-coated metal(PCM) steel sheet used for electric home appliances. CONSTITUTION: The polyester resin composition is obtained by condensing an aromatic, cycloaliphatic, aliphatic dihydric alcohol compound and a dibasic acid compound in the equivalent ratio of 1.0:1.0-0.95 and has a weight average molecular weight of 15,000-30,000, a hydroxy value of 2-10, an acid value of less than 3, and a glass transition temperature of 5-40deg.C. The dihydric alcohol compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,4-butylene glycol, 1,5-pentanediol, 1,6-hexanediol, neopentyl glycol, and etc. And the dibasic acid compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of phthalic anhydride, tetrahydro phthalic anhydride, isophthalic acid, terephthalic acid, adipic acid, and etc. |
