CONTROL-RELEASE AGROCHEMICAL FORMULATION

PURPOSE: An agrochemical formulation which is easy to handle and has slow degradation of biodegradable resin and effectively controlled elution of agrochemicals to the outside of the formulation by only one application is provided which solves causing harm to the human body and environmental pollution by application of an excess amount of agrochemicals. CONSTITUTION: A composition containing 10 to 90% by weight of biodegradable resin, 90 to 10% by weight of organic matter or inorganic matter and an effective amount of agricultural chemicals is compounded and then molded into the shape of a sheet or a plate to produce a control-release agrochemical formulation. The biodegradable resin is prepared by polymerization of one or more selected from the group consisting of dicarboxylic acid of the formula:HO-C(O)-R1-C(O)-OH, alkylester thereof and anhydride as an acidic monomer and one ore more diols of the formula:OH-R2-OH as an alcoholic monomer. In formula, R1 is C0-30 substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, R2 is C2-20 substituted or unsubstituted alkylene.
