<p>PURPOSE: A manual valve of a hydraulic pressure control system of an automatic transmission for a car is provided to prevent occurrence of eccentric pressure inside a manual valve, to improve lubrication by forming line pressure in a "P" or "N" range, and to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A manual valve of a hydraulic pressure control system of an automatic transmission for a car includes a number of ports(100,102,104,106), a valve body having a number of discharge holes, and a valve spool(110) having a number of valve lands(114,116,118). A width of a line pressure supply port and a width of a P and N range port is smaller than a diameter of the valve land, and a flow amount is discharged on by oil leakage. A width of another port excepting the line pressure supply port and the P and N range port is larger than the diameter of the valve land. The flow amount is directly discharged through the discharge holes. At the time of the P and N range, line pressure is formed, and eccentric force generated in the valve spool is removed.</p> |
