摘要 PURPOSE: An input/output buffer of a semiconductor device insensitive to a reference voltage variation is provided, which performs a stable data detection without regard to the reference voltage variation. CONSTITUTION: The first current mirror type differential amplifier receives an input signal and a reference voltage through an NMOS input port, and the second current mirror type differential amplifier receives the input signal and the reference voltage through a PMOS input port. A voltage detection part(40) generates the first and the second enable signal(en1,en2) and a switching control signal(psi) to enable the first and the second current mirror type differential amplifier by comparing a set switching voltage(vset) with the reference voltage. And the first and the second switch(S1,S2) transmits output signals(out1,out2) of the first and the second current mirror type differential amplifier selectively in response to the switch control signal.
