PURPOSE: A device for blowing hot and cold air of air conditioning system for vehicle is provided to smoothly blow hot and cold air not only to a first row, where a driver's seat is, but also to the other rows behind the first rows. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a first duct(20) having one end fluidically connected with a floor duct(1c) extended from seats in a second row to seat in a last row and having hot and cold air outlets(20a) formed between the rows; a second duct having one end fluidically connected with a ventilation duct(1b) placed on a side of a car body extended to a rear side of a car room and having hot and cold air outlets(10a) formed between the rows; doors rotatably installed in the first duct and the second duct by hinge axes; and a driving device rotating the doors to open and close inner passage of the first duct and the second duct.
