PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor capable of having a low-cost structure for preventing a rotor from coming off and capable of having a low-cost mounting structure for a stator. SOLUTION: A stator 50 is composed of a stator core 51, insulating members 52, 53 to cover the core 51 and a coil 54 winded around the core 51 through the members 52, 53. The members 52, 53 have a structure preventing a rotor 40 from coming off with a catching ungual 58 expanding from outer circumference part of upper plane of the core 51 into a ring-shaped gap 47 mounted on upper part of a driving magnet 44, and have a structure for preventing lubricating oil and the like from dripping from bearings with an expanding part 56 expanding from inner circumference part of the upper plane of the core 51 and also have a structure for fixing the stator 50 by locking a locking plane 32 mounted on a bearing holder part 27 which a locking pawl 62 dropping from inner circumference part of the lower plane of the core 51.
