PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving amplifier circuit that can suppress phase difference between a noninverting output and an inverting output. SOLUTION: The light receiving amplifier circuit generates a noninverting output and an inverting output on the basis of an electric signal that changes with an incident luminous quantity and is provided with a noninverting output differential amplifier 3 that receives the electric signal at its noninverting input terminal and generates the noninverting output and with an inverting output differential amplifier 4 that receives the electric signal at its inverting input terminal and generates the inverting output, and also preferably with a bias circuit 5 that extends the dynamic range. Furthermore, a clamp circuit 6 (7) is preferably provided to a ground mode feedback amplifier 1 (2) respectively.
