PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of reducing charge and discharge currents unrequired for a circuit operation and further reducing the power consumption of the entire device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a control circuit for outputting received signals for a data established period and outputting fixed signals regardless of the signal level of the received signals for a data non-established period, in the case that a time difference is generated in the change timing of a plurality of signals due to the difference of a route. A controller does not propagate irregular signal change generated by the time difference before data are established to a succeeding circuit.
