PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens driving device in which the supporting member is structured so as to correct inclination when a movable part is transferred, with a stable inclination compensating effect obtained even at the time of mass production, in which installation of a damper material reduces no inclination correcting effect by the supporting member, with the resonance peak of an elastic supporting member suppressed small, and in which stable driving control characteristics can be obtained for the driving device, and also to provide an optical recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: In the elastic supporting member 3, a first straight line part 3a extending from the movable part 13 is on the same line as a second straight line part 3c extending from a fixed part, the member 3 has bending parts 3d, 3e in an area in the middle, which are joined to each other with a connecting straight line part 3b, and has a shape protruding outward.
