PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive reusable data without lowering the quality of real time reproduction. SOLUTION: A moving image transmitting terminal 12 and a moving image receiving terminal 14 transmit the data through a communication network 10. The transmitting terminal 12 and the receiving terminal 14 are provided with communication connection for separately transmitting and receiving moving image for reproduction and moving image for storage. The transmitting terminal 12 and the receiving terminal 14 secure a communication band needed to transmit and receive the moving image for reproduction to perform real time reproduction, transmit and receive the moving image by using a connectionless type, transmit and receive the moving image for storage by using a connection type and simultaneously transmit and receive reusable moving image while performing real time reproduction.
