A data access means 27 resets data in a database 2 registered already on a record in the higher rank than the set and added number, and registers the list data based on the set and added number. When the data is extracted, the registered data is read out from the database, and, in this case, a list and order rearrangement means 30 executes rearrangement on the list and definition field registered by the list and information a, and transmits the result to the client 1.
