The invention concerns a cultivation supporting element forming a layer, designed in particular for revegetation of outdoor surfaces, said cultivation supporting element comprising a cultivation substrate wherein the roots of plants are entangled. The cultivation supporting element comprises at least a longitudinal deformable tubular element (16) for water transport, said deformable tubular element (16) having, an inlet designed to be connected to a water supply and at least transverse orifices through which water can flow out. The deformable tubular element (16) is arranged inside said cultivation supporting element and substantially parallel to the surface defined by said cultivation supporting element so that at least part of the water circulating in said tubular element (16) is diffused in said cultivation supporting element to irrigate it.
