PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a result to a user who has entered a prize contest. SOLUTION: The system comprises a database 31 in which registration information has been registered based on distribution information which has been distributed to a user in a predetermined manner and which contains a final judgement, a judging part 32 which judges whether the distribution information agrees with the registration information by comparing the distribution information with the registration information and a judgement result notifying part 33 which notifies the result of judgement by the judging part 32 to the user. When the distribution information is entered to the judging part 32 by the user, the judging part 32 calls the registration information from the database 31 and compares the distribution information with the registration information and judges whether the distribution information agrees with the registration information. The judgement result notifying part 33 notifies the result by the judgement part to the user.
