PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process device which can catch paper dust electrically and stably on the surface of a photoreceptor drum without a destaticization lamp, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the process device. SOLUTION: A direct current power source 53 is connected to an electrically conductive brush 51 for removing paper dust on contact with the surface of a photoreceptor drum 27 after transfer through a diode 52. A bias voltage is applied to an electrically conductive brush 51 from the direct current power source 53, and the paper dust is captured physically and electrically. The diode 52 prevents the adverse current of an electric current from the photoreceptor drum 27 to the direct current power source 53 even when the electrical potential between the bias voltage applied to the electrically conductive brush 51 and the surface potential of the photoreceptor drum 27 is reversed by turning on and off or the like of the transfer bias of a transfer roll 30. Thereby, it is prevented that the paper dust captured by the electrically conductive brush 51 returns again to the photoreceptor drum 27.
