PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine having a cordless telephone set, which can be connected to various external devices without modifying the configuration of the facsimile body. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine 1 converts a image signal received into one for radio and transmits it to the cordless telephone 21. The telephone 21 applies a prescribed image processing to the image signal received from the machine 1 and outputs this image signal to a television set through an external device interface 35. The image processing of the image signal to be displayed on the television set or to be fetched into the set 21 is performed side the set 21, it is sufficient to change only an image processing part 31 in the set 21 and the interface 35 even in the case of connecting the set 21 to an external device other than the television set, and it is no longer required to change the machine 1.
