PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation where a slave set cannot be used since a battery is dead to the utmost. SOLUTION: An emergency report system is constituted of a master set A1 connected to the center unit of a prescribed emergency report destination via a telephone line, the slave set B1 by which a second battery B is carried to a power source and a charge base for charging the second battery of the slave set B1. The slave set B1 is provided with a battery remaining amount detecting part B172 for detecting the remaining power amount of the second battery B, etc. A control part B10 performs control to calculate a continuous waiting possible time being the time for continuously receiving a control signal from the master set A1 based on the detection result of the battery remaining amount detecting part B172 and to issue first and second charge request alarms respectively when the continuous waiting possible time is lower than first and second threshold.
