PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for evidence video photograph and storage which can obtain and suppress evidence video of a rubber, a killing, or a killing/injuring case in a business automobile such as a taxi and a hired car where a witness's report is hardly obtained from a 3rd person while ensuring passenger's privacy. SOLUTION: A camera 3 is arranged where a passenger can be photographed and an automatic switch 9 which outputs a photography start signal associatively with the closing operation of a passenger's room door 7 or a manual switch 12 which outputs a photography start signal by driver's operation is provided; and a control means 13 is equipped with a photography control part 15 which controls the photography of the passenger by the camera 3 on receiving the photography start signal from the automatic switch 9 or manual switch 12 and video data on the photographed passenger are stored in a storage means 14.
