PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user, especially, a visually impaired person to easily perform the selecting operation or numeric inputting operation of operating equipment such as an automatic vending machine, an automatic ticket issuing machine, an ATM, and a domestic electric appliance. SOLUTION: In operating equipment such as a remote control device 10 for a video, as for a prescribed set item (operation item), a plurality of set data (multiple choices) are successively outputted with a voice, and when a single operation button 11 is operated, it is judged that the set data outputted with a voice just after the operation or the set data which are being outputted at present are selected.
