PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technical means which can effectively reduce waste of papers caused by trial and error or mistakes of copying when a document is copied in a different form. SOLUTION: A surface material 2 of a document holding sheet is used when the document F is enlarged and copied. Vertical rules 4a-4c in the longitudinal direction are added to the surface material 2 and magnifications are described in positions corresponding to the vertical rules 4a-4c at a bottom edge of the surface material 2. The magnifications are required to equalize horizontal dimensions of regions prescribed by the vertical rules 4a-4c with a horizontal dimension of the surface material 2. Horizontal rules 5a-5c in the lateral direction are added to the surface material 2 and magnifications are described in positions corresponding to the horizontal rules 5a-5c at a side edge of the surface material 2. The magnifications are required to equalize vertical dimensions of regions prescribed by the horizontal rules 5a-5c with a vertical dimension of the surface material 2.
