PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical equipment capable of accurately performing the eccentricity adjustment and the tilt adjustment of an element holding members holding an optical element in spite of simple constitution. SOLUTION: The optical equipment is provided with the 1st element holding member 18 holding the 1st optical element L3, a linking plate 22 coupled with the member 18 through a 1st coupling member 27 and also positionally adjusted in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis with respect to the member 18 in an imperfectly coupled state by the member 27, the 2nd element holding member 23 holding the 2nd optical element L5 and coupled with the plate 22 through a 2nd coupling member 28, and an elastic member 29 arranged between the member 23 and the plate 22 and adjusting the tilt of the member 23 to the member 18 in accordance with the coupling degree by the member 28.
