PURPOSE: A color and shape changing apparatus is provided to generate a continuously changed color, shape and character by changing a place of a rotary shaft of a board continuously and changing a rotary speed of the board using a magnetic force from a speed control device of an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION: A motor(10) moves a vertical movement motor upward and downward. The vertical movement motor rotates a rotator(8) attached to an end of a motor rotary shaft(22). The rotator(8) has a connection stick guide hole in which a connection stick(6) is inserted. The connection stick(6) makes the motor rotary shaft(22) biased from a rotary shaft(2) of a rotary board whenever the rotator(8) moves upward and downward. The rotary shaft(2) is integrated with the connection stick(6), and a rotary shaft support(7) and rotary boards(1,1') are fitted in the rotary shaft(2) sequentially from a lower part. A rotary speed adjusting device(3) consists of an electromagnet and control a speed of the rotary boards(1,1'). A current adjusting part(4) supplies current to the rotary speed adjusting device(3) to generate a magnetic force. A character fabricating board is installed at a connection hole(5).
