PURPOSE: A brake valve is provided to prevent partial side wear of a spool and to discharge air inside an operation start master chamber smoothly by forming a notch part for directly communicating the master chamber and a second drain chamber with a second spool. CONSTITUTION: A brake valve includes a first block(20), a second block(30), a third block(40), and a spool(100). The first block has a booster chamber(24), a first drain chamber(25) and an inflow port(26). The second block has a mater chamber(34) and a discharge port(35). The third block has a second drain chamber communicating with the first drain chamber of the first block, and a drain port(45). The spool is movably arranged on the first block, the second block and the third block, connected with a brake pedal, and selective communicates the inflow port with the booster chamber, and the inflow chamber with the first drain chamber and the master chamber.
