PURPOSE: A method for embodying an intermediation business through a card discount rate auction is provided to enable a buyer to purchase a commodity as a reduced price without exposing one's personal information, enable a successful bidder to receive cash as a low interest rate, and enable an intermediator to obtain an intermediation commission by embodying an intermediation business. CONSTITUTION: Buyers and bidders perform log-in processes in a homepage of an intermediator and register buyer information and bidder information in a buyer registration database and a bidder registration database of a main server. In addition, the buyers prepare a purchase application form, respectively, and the bidders prepare a bidding application form, respectively(S1). A successful bidder selected through a discount rate auction system is registered in a successful bidder registration database, the successful bidder receives a commodity price from a buyer and commodity information to be bought is informed to the successful bidder(S2). A commodity is bought by a card of the successful bidder and the commodity is delivered to an informed delivery place(S3). The buyer decides a receipt or a return of the received commodity and permits a cash transmission through a charge payment database(S4). The intermediator transmits cash to the successful bidder(S5).
