PURPOSE: A method for implementing a stop-watch function of a wireless mobile communication terminal is provided to diversify service functions. CONSTITUTION: A method for implementing a stop-watch function of a wireless mobile communication terminal implements a stop-watch function for measuring time by using an internal timer of the wireless mobile communication terminal regardless of communication status with a base station. The internal timer turns on/off by manipulating a volume-up key of volume keys of the terminal. The internal timer operates when a display status of the stop-watch is fixed at the time a volume-down key is pushed. At this time, the stop-watch operates by the manipulation of the volume-down key. By additionally applying an additional independent stop-watch function to the terminal as above, the use of the terminal is maximized and the interface between users is improved.
