PURPOSE: A white polyester film coated an acryl resin on one side of a base film comprising two kinds of white inorganic particles and a titanium chelate compound having a different particle size distribution is provided which has excellent surface characteristic such as hiding property, low glossiness, print ability, and mechanical characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A white polyester film comprises (a)a base film mixed a polyester resin having a limit viscosity of 0.6-1.0 dl/g with 1-10 wt% of titanium dioxide having a particle diameter of 0.1-1.0 microns and 1-10 wt.% of white inorganic particle and 1-5 wt.% of titanium chelate compound of formula I having a particle diameter of 5.0-10.0 microns and (b)a coated layer coated with an acryl resin having an effective component of 0.01-1.0 g/m¬2 on one side of the base film. In the formula, X is C1-3 alkyl, R is a cheating ligand. The film has excellent surface characteristic such as hiding property, low glossiness, print ability, and mechanical characteristic such that it can be used for a base material of various labels, advertizing papers, cards, and calendars.
