CONTINUOUS PREPARATION METHOD OF ACRYLIC RESIN BY REACTION EXTRUSION PROCESS

PURPOSE: A continuous preparation method of acrylic resin is provided which is obtainable the title compound having excellent process ability and uniform mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A continuous preparation method of acrylic resin comprises: (a)preparing a prepolymer of an acrylic monomer having a specified viscosity by reacting an acrylic monomer, from 0.2 to 2 mol reaction initiator mixture prepared by mixing reaction initiators having different reaction initiating temperatures respectively base on 100 mol acrylic monomer and a molecular weight control agent; (b)pouring the prepolymer into a twin screw extruder; and (c)polymerizing at an optimum barrel temperature of the twin screw extruder by an initiator unreacted in the prepolymer manufacturing process. The obtained resin has a narrow molecular weight dispersion and a weight mean molecular weight of from 70,000 to 150,000.
