PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a register device, a decision file, and an article price payment discrimination system which make it possible to discriminate between an article having been paid for and an article not having been paid for yet mainly at a store and make it easy to prove a shoplifting action in such a case. SOLUTION: This register device 100 which is used to check out for an article price is equipped with a discoloration processing means 10 which discolors part of the article having been paid for so as to discriminate between the article that is settled and the article that is not settled yet. |
