PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information producing system at a low cost. SOLUTION: The information producing system for optically reading optically readable code, reproduced from an information recording medium provided with a part, where information is recoded by the code and reproducing the information, is provided with an imaging device for imaging the code to output its image signal, a memory for storing the image signal outputted from the imaging device as image data and a data error correction part for correcting an error in data, when reproducing the information from the image data stored in the memory to output it. The imaging device and the memory are constituted on respective IC chips 18 and 20. Then, at least one of the IC chip 18, on which the imaging device is constituted and the IC chip 20 on which the memory is constituted, uses an element defective, with respect to the production of a semiconductor. |
