PURPOSE: A device for displaying an image having a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) is provided, so that an input section can be located in a regular location in an image displayer. CONSTITUTION: An image displayer comprises a voice transmitting/receiving section, an image inputting section for inputting image information, and an image displaying section for displaying the received image information. In the image displayer the image inputting section is located in a regular location in the image displaying section. In an image displayer having a CCD(Charge Coupled Device), the image inputting section is located in a regular location in the image displaying section. The image inputting section is located in a regular location as one body, when the image displaying section is manufactured. The image inputting section is a photo gate element, and the image displaying section is a liquid crystal display element.
