PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor that can well eliminate the influence of noise. SOLUTION: This signal processor processes analog signals containing noise of a prescribed frequency by sampling the signals in a prescribed cycle and digitizing the signals. The processor is provided with an A/D-converting means which converts the analog signals into digital data, a storing means which accumulates the digital data converted by means of the A/D-converting means by storing the data, and a noise eliminating section 21 which calculates the mean value of the digital data converted by means of the A/D-converting means and the digital data which are earlier than the present point of time by the half cycle of the frequency of the noise of the digital data stored in the storing means.
