<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet setting device for prepreparation of sealing which can enhance the productivity and the quality of optical-to-electrical transducer module in which sides on one side of a pair of lead wires are used as output power wires. SOLUTION: A sheet feed part 51 which feeds a base sheet 54 wound in a roll shape is installed along the conveyance passage 32 of a substrate M1. From the fed base sheet 54, a sealing sheet 21 in a prescribed shape to be set on the substrate M1 is cut. By a setting part 53 comprising a vacuum suction transfer head 71 having a plurality of suction holes on the rear surface, the head 71 is moved back and forth between a sheet receiving part and a sheet covering part in the part 52, it is raised and lowered respectively in both positions, the sheet 21 is sucked from the upper part in the sheet receiving part, and its suction is released in the sheet covering part. As a result, the substrate M1 is covered automatically with the sheet 21.</p> |
