<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation system capable of realizing multi- texture mapping with few processing loads, and to provide an information storage medium. SOLUTION: Object data, that have been subjected to geometry processing (transparent conversion), are stored in a main memory. The object is drawn, on the basis of the object data that have been subjected to geometry processing and a newly transferred texture 1 (bedding). An object onto which a newly transferred texture 2 (sticker, etc.), is mapped is overlapped on an object, onto which the texture 1 is mapped to be drawn, on the basis of the stored object data that have been subjected to geometry processing and the texture 2, and multi-texture mapping is realized. A call command that returns to an access source, after accessing the object data that have been subjected to the geometry processing from a main memory, is utilized. An editing display of a texture to be subjected to multi-texture mapping is displayed on a player, so that the player can operate a vehicle onto which the edited texture is subjected to multi- texture mapping.</p> |
