PURPOSE: A pulse generation circuit is provided to generate efficiently pulses by using electric potential differences between transistors and capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A voltage level control portion(10) controls a voltage level of a node(node1) according to a state of an input signal. The first switching portion(20) is turned on or turned off according to the state of the input signal in order to control a voltage level of a node(node0). The second switching portion(30) is turned on or turned off according to the state of the input signal in order to change the voltage level of the node(node0). A capacitor(C1) is connected between the nodes(node0,node1) in order to perform a charge operation and a discharge operation according to an electric potential difference between the nodes(node0,node1). An inverter(IV1) inverts charge voltage and discharge voltage the capacitor(C1) and outputs a pulse signal.
