PURPOSE: A structure of a multi-function electroacoustic transducer is provided to improve a stability of an adhesion state of an air hole screen adhered at an air hole portion of a receiver unit and a durability of the adhesive force against an external force by rendering an upper surface of a case of a speaker formed at a portion with a space to block an open space to a degree so that the outer side of the air hole screen may not directly be in contact with the open space, and prevent introduction and adsorption of an impurity through the air hole screen. CONSTITUTION: The first yoke(130) doubly coupled to the second yoke by a magnet is inserted inside a case(100'). A plurality of air holes(115) are radially formed from an inner side of an annular protrusion formed at an inner side of an upper face of the case(100'), being bent at a certain position to penetrate a speaker(120). An air hole screen(116) is adhered at a lower face of a middle portion of the case(100') with the air hole(115) formed therein. A vibration plate(118) with a coil installed to be vertically moved between the first yoke(130) and the second yoke with the magnet inserted therebetween is adhered at an upper surface of an annular protrusion. A grill(117) is mounted and adhesively fixed at an upper surface of the annular protrusion while being inserted inside the case(100'). A speaker is formed such that the plurality of air holes(121) are formed at a middle portion of the stepped case(100'), a vibration plate with a coil positioned between the first yoke(130) and the second yoke and vertically moved is adhered at a lower inner side of the case(100'), and a grill is insertedly fixed at an inner side of a lower portion of the case(100').
