New composition consists of aqueous dispersion of particles of film-forming polymer and polyorganosiloxane polyester. The composition consists of aqueous dispersion of particles of film-forming polymer and polyorganosiloxane polyester obtained in result of reaction of dimethicone polyol of formula (I). a = 2-20; b = 0-200; R<1> = lower 1-6C alkyl or phenyl (preferably methyl); R<2> = -(CH2)3-O-(CH2CH2-O)x - (CH2(CH3)CH-O)y - (CH2CH2-O)z -H; x, y and z = 0-20 (preferably y and z are 0) ; or of formula (II). c = 1-200; R<1> = lower 1-6C alkyl or phenyl; R<3> = -(CH2)3-O-(CH2CH2-O)x - (CH2(CH3)CH-O)y - (CH2CH2-O)z -H; x, y and z = 0-20 (preferably y and z are 0); with fatty acid (III). R<4>-C(O)-OH (III) R<4> = alkyl or alkenyl radical or their mixtures; selected from fatty acids of vegetable oils, comprising oleic acid (and also palmitic, palmitoleic, linoleic and linolenic acids, and their mixtures); or with diacid of formula HO-C(O)-(CH2)q- C(O)-OH (IV) or HO-C(O)-(CH2)r-CH = CH-(CH2)s-C-(O)-OH (V) q, r and s = 2-10; or acid dimers or hydrogenated dimers of these compounds; or with polyhydroxyl compounds selected from glycerine and its alkoxylates of structure (VI). t, u and v = independently 0-20. The composition contains 0.1-30 (preferably 0.5-5) wt.% (per dry wt.) of film-forming polymer and 1-80 (preferably 1-5) wt.% of polyorganosiloxane polyester, and is in form of aqueous or aqueous-alcoholic fluid, paste or emulsion. When it has a form of emulsion, it contains oil phase composed of at least one oil (5-40, preferably 18-30 wt.%) and/or at least one wax (3-15, preferably 3-10 wt.%). Composition may also contain at least one polyol (up to 10 wt.%), and additionally pigments and/or mother-of-pearl and/or fillers; and additives, such as thickening or gellifying agents, dispersants, anti-mousse agents, antioxidants, reducers, colorants, fragrances, essential oils, preservatives, active cosmetic agents, hydratants, vitamins, sphingolipids, solar filters and liposoluble polymers. An Independent claim is also included for the make-up procedure comprising applying composition as claimed onto skin and/or hair.
