The decorative item comprises a main body (1) with an elastic wire (2) that consists of e.g. steel. The wire has a spiral form with a first end that can be connected to the main body and a second end that can be connected to a decorative item (3). The decorative item may have an animal or flower shape and can swing rhythmically and vividly, through the movement of the head, or by touch. The connections of the elastic wire with the main body and the decorative item may be achieved by static friction, magnetism, or screw connection.
