PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability of process temperature of a heated object. SOLUTION: With the heat treatment system for the fuel cell provided with a catalytic combustion appliance 23 burning anode offgas and cathode offgas exhausted from a fuel cell stack 21, an evaporator 24 heating raw fuel of the fuel cell with the use of heat of combustion gas generated by the catalytic combustion appliance, an offgas heater 22 heating the anode offgas and the cathode offgas with combustion gas utilized at the evaporator 24, a reformer 25 supplying combustion gas to the fuel cell stack 21 by reforming fuel vapor generated by the evaporator 24, combustion gas temperature of the catalytic combustion appliance 23 is set based on requested fuel vapor temperature, and according to the combustion gas temperature, the flow volume of the cathode offgas is set and adjusted, to correct set combustion gas temperature according to difference of the requested fuel vapor temperature and actual fuel vapor temperature. |
