PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system and method with a comparatively long life limit. SOLUTION: A cathode flow field plate 210, an anode flow filed plate 220, a proton exchange thin film 230 consisting of a proton exchange material and a catalyst material embedded into the proton exchange material constitute the fuel cell. The proton exchange material contains a perfluorinated sulfonic acid material, and the catalyst material consists of metal including platinum and alloy. |
