PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely return bonus points to a member customer. SOLUTION: This system is provided with piece of point transmitting means 7 each having a communication means 1 which is connected to the Internet 12, a bar code reader 3, an information input means 4, a storage means 5, and a processing means 2 which instructs the communication means 1 to send a point change value found according to a member customer identification symbol read by the bar code reader 3 and an alliance store identification number, i.e., identification information stored in the storage means 5, and with a point totalizing means 11 having a communication means 8 which is connected to the Internet 12, a storage means 10 which stores the identification information and points corresponding to the identification information, and a processing means 9 which changes the points corresponding to the identification information according to the identification information and point change value. |
