PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a bubble often remains in an adhesive layer between two disks even if disk sticking is performed under prescribed vacuum pressure when the two disks of a DVD and the like are stuck to each other in an atmosphere of vacuum or reduced pressure. SOLUTION: Disk sticking by which the bubble does not remain in the adhesive layer can be performed by deciding, as an operational procedure, that a piston 7 on which the disk is placed is driven at a speed and a pushing pressure having fixed values or more respectively, when the two disks integrally come close to each other, that the pressure in a vacuum chamber after the disks are stuck is not reduced compared with that just before the disks are stuck and that the atmosphere in the chamber is returned to the normal atmospheric pressure before the piston is taken down at the state that the disks are stuck to each other. |
