PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training system performing a training by a suitable training menu, capable of instructing from a remote place, and by which development of a new fitness training business can be expected. SOLUTION: A user 100 and a training business company 200 are connected through a network such as the Internet. The user 100 purchases a CD-ROM 101 in which an explanation by a moving picture or a voice about a method of the training menu is recorded, and performs the training in accordance with the contents of the CD-ROM. Personal information of the user 100 is preliminary registered in the training business company 200, and training result data are reported to the training business company 200 according to the proceeding stage of a program. A trainer 207 of the business company side diagnoses the state of progress of the user's training from the data sent, sends the user 100 diagnostic data including a comment such as advice, and provides a training menu to be performed next time. |
