PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously distribute an individual moving picture such as advertisement to many users without requiring the large change of a server for providing main contents. SOLUTION: An access command for a control server 20 included in an image distribution server 12 is included in web contents. The server 20 receives and analyzes the access command, selects one or more image specification information for specifying a moving image in accordance with the analytical result and transmits the selected image specification information to a client machine 14. The image specification information is detected by the client machine 14 and, as a result a streaming pump 24 is accessed, The pump 24 receives a moving image distribution command for requesting the distribution of the moving image and transmits the data of the specified moving image in response to the command. |
