PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access to obtain a previous set condition without increasing the number of operation members. SOLUTION: When each photographing mode is set, for example, a flash mode is set, the area W2 of a multi-operation button 23 is pressed. By pressing the area W2, a mode is changed in this order, that is, an automatic flash mode →a forcible light emitting mode → a red-eye reducing mode → a light emission inhibiting mode →a back light correction and stroboscope inhibiting mode →the automatic flash mode .... Every time the area W2 is pressed once, the pressing time of the area W2 is measured. In the case of pressing the area W2 for two or more seconds, for example, when the designated mode is selected, a microcomputer 35 makes a hold code. In the same manner, another photographing mode is set. When a main switch SW1 is turned off, the hold code is stored and held in an EEPROM 38. When the main switch SW1 is turned on while pressing a release button 16, the microcomputer 38 accesses the EEPROM 38 to obtain the hold code therefrom, whereby photographing is performed in a state where the setting of each photographing mode is the previous one. |
