PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective calling receiver which can receive selective calling signals for plural IDs and can prolong the service life of its battery by limiting the receiving time band at every ID. SOLUTION: A selective calling receiver which receives selective calling signals for plural IDs is provided with a timer which outputs the present time and a memory containing a time table storing section which stores a time table containing receiving time band information at every ID. The receiver is also provided with a control section which selects the ID which must receive the present selective calling signal and controls the receiving section of the receiver to receive the selective calling signal for the selected ID. |
