SOLUTION: First to fourth diodes 6-9 are bridge-connected, an input signal received from an input line 3 passes through a route of the 1st diode 6 and a transmission line 10 and the 4th diode 9 or the 2nd diode 7 and the transmission line 10 and the 3rd diode 8 and is a rectified for every half period of the input signal, a signal with the frequency component twice that of the input signal passes through the transmission line 10, then a multiplied wave is obtained in a slot 11 formed to resonate with a prescribed multiplied wave, the multiplied wave enters the inside of a waveguide 2 through a coupling hole made on the waveguide 2, propagates through the inside of the waveguide and is outputted from an output opening 16.</p> |
