PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication operation system, a file server system and a portable communication terminal, which can reduce the cost of an input/ output device. SOLUTION: In the case of using a multifunctional digital printer(MFP) 100, the portable communication terminal 200 is connected with the MFP 100 by communication for conducting remote control of the MFP 100 by the terminal. A charge for using of the MFP 100 is also collected by the terminal 200 together.
