PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning information providing system, a learning information providing method, a program and an information storage medium which make it possible for a user to have an effective learning with full satisfaction and enable a learning program provider to avoid user defection. SOLUTION: A learning information providing system 50 provides a problem selected from a test item storage 60 based on a learning item list 62 prepared for each user of a cellular phone 20. The cellular phone 20 displays a provided problem and sends back an answer from the user to the learning information providing system 50. The learning information providing system 50 evaluates the answer from the user, feeds back an evaluation result to the learning item list 62 and make the test item changeable when the user is judged to master it based on the learning item list managed for every test item on item by item basis.
