<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a questioner anonymous and/or to insert an advertisement into an answer in a consultation system using a network. SOLUTION: This consultation system includes (1) a function differentiating and distinguishing a question from a questioner password assigned by the questioner himself without a disclosure of personal information by the questioner, or a function imparting a questioner password without the questioning of the personal information by a system administrator; (2) a means imparting a consultation number for distinguishing an individual question and the individual answer; (3) a first storage means (F1) storing the question, the questioner password and the consultation number; (4) a second storage means (F2) storing the answer; (5) a first communication means 30 having a function allowing the questioner to transmit the question via the network and to take out a record in the first and second storage means (F1), (F2) according to the questioner password and the consultation number, and not allowing transmission to the questioner from the system administrator; (6) a second communication means 40 having a function transmitting/receiving the question, the answer and the consultation number to/from an answerer; and (7) an enterprise database 5.</p> |
